Feasibility Analysis

This is commonly the first step of any project: determine how feasible a project is, forecasting potential road blocks.

Requirements Design

We will design project requirements to set a baseline minimum that's suited to the project. 

Proof of Concept: alpha

Sometimes the hair-brained theories must be proved to ensure a likely success. An alpha version of the final board will be created. Any red flags that were not apparent during the system level design and the feasibility analysis will appear during this step.

Field testing: beta

A revised version of the alpha boards will be created, to be sent off into the field for live testing. Any final issues should be brought up now.

Chassis and Production

The chassis will be designed, and manufacturing lined up.

Production Management

To ensure on-time delivery, we will keep track of component sources, finding replacements as components become obsolete.
